Spinach Blueberry Smoothie


This smoothie is full of vitamins, healthy minerals, life force, fiber and it is very alkalizing. Before you start to make this smoothie, make sure you wash your veggies and fruit with warm water and vegetable soap. Also make sure you are using high speed blender such as Vitamix or Blendtec. I recommend only only these two blenders because they are made in USA and they break the cell wall of veggies and fruits to smooth texture so your body does not need to spent almost any energy to assimilate the vitamins and minerals.  Do not be afraid to substitute with any fruit of your choice.

Ingredients:

  • Spinach   2 cups
  • Banana  1
  • Blueberries  1 cup
  • Pear  1
  • Water 2 cups

Recipe Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and add water.
  • Blend well
  • If it’s too thick just add more water
