Raw food (also know as live or living food) is food that has not been cooked or exposed to temperatures over 118 degrees Fahrenheit (46 degrees Celsius). We at RawEnzyLand believe that foods cooked above this temperature have lost their enzymes and thus a significant amount of their nutritional value, which harms the body.


What are the Benefits of Eating Raw Foods?

 Uncooked or raw foods provide living enzymes and proper nutrition, which are essential for all the chemical processes in your body, especially digestion. There are many benefits to eating raw foods, including weight loss, more energy, clear skin, improved digestion and improved overall health. Cooked (as well as processed food ) not only destroys nutrition and enzymes but chemically changes foods from the substances needed for health into acid forming toxins, free-radicals and poisons in the body.
